What are your shipping options?
We have multiple shipping options to choose from upon checkout. For items needed in a hurry, please select one of our expedited shipping options to receive your item(s) sooner. For boutique customers in the Parrish, FL area, we do offer free local pickup. Read below for more instructions on how to select the right shipping for you!
How To Get Free US Shipping - Our boutique offers free shipping on all US orders over $75! Just please give us 1-2 business days to process your order. Once your order is processed, it will arrive in 3-5 business days.
Free Local Pickup - We offer free local pickup at our business location in Parrish, FL. If you place your order before 2pm EST, it will be ready that same day! Once your order is ready, you'll be notified via email. Our pickup hours are Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm. Call the phone number 813-838-0002 to get our physical address. We're ready to serve our local peeps! *Customers who haven't picked up their order within 30 days will be sent an email reminder. If order isn't picked up 30 days after the reminder, the item(s) will be restocked or donated. Be sure to check your spam folder!
*Please note that delivery times do not include weekends or holidays. Business days are Monday-Friday. Any delays due to UPS/USPS exceptions and weather related delays are beyond our control. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Pre-Order Items -These items will be shipped as soon as they arrive to our warehouse. If an order is placed with items that are both in-stock AND pre-order items, we will ship the items in stock out ASAP, then ship your pre-ordered item when it's received.
International Shipping rates?
We are currently not shipping to other countries outside of the US at this time.
When will my order ship?
Most orders ship the next business day after the order has been placed! We do offer expedited shipping options if you’re shopping in a hurry. However, for free shipping from our boutique, processing may take up to two business days.
What if my package was lost or stolen?
If your package is lost or stolen, we will open an investigation with the shipping carrier.
Once the investigation is complete, if your item is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address we will replace your items or issue store credit if they are not available. However, if the shipping carrier determines the package was delivered to the correct address we are unable to issue store credit.
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the correct shipping address is entered. We are not responsible for mis-delivered packages due to an incorrect shipping address being entered, or if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address. We reserve the right to charge a flat $5.95 fee if under 1lb, or $8.95 if over 1lb to re-ship the order to the correct address.
Any order over $500 will be insured by Hintze Boutique - HINTZE LLC, and will require a signature upon delivery. This is simply a safeguard against theft or damage.
